Covid Safe Information

To safeguard the health and well-being of our guests and tour guides, we have implemented the following ongoing changes:

  • We are now cash free. All purchases are via card only and prepayment is required
  • Only family groups or close friends who would otherwise meet together can join the tour and travel together in the same car
  • Our tour guides will disinfect car seats prior to guests entering the tour vehicles
  • Guests will be asked to adhere to social distancing guidelines at all times
  • We have increased cleaning and sanitisation of our vehicles
  • We encourage regular and thorough handwashing
  • We provide hand sanitisers for guests and tour guides on all tours
  • We will be collecting contact details of all guests
  • All our tour guides have completed COVID SAFE training and are working hard to keep everyone safe
  • For everyone's safety, if a guest who is booked to travel feels unwell, please ensure that they are advised NOT to travel. Contact our team and we can discuss options for postponement or cancellation

We will do our best to ensure that we can maintain a safe environment for all guests and tour guides.

SECRET SPECIALS FOR OUR SPECIAL GUESTS

We are not a standard tour company in Australia. We are special for many reasons. One of them is we value our clients. We like to appreciate our special tourists by providing them with special bonuses.
Therefore we would like to share these specials with you:

Special discounts for our clients:

  • Book two of our tours in the same city and get a special 5% discount on both tours.
  • Book three of our tours in the same city and get a special 10% discount on all three tours.
  • Book 5 or more of our tours anywhere in Australia and get a special 15% discount on all booked tours.

EXTRA BONUS to top it up, if you book 3 or more of our secret tours:

  • If you are an overseas guest from another country (travelling from outside of Australia), if you book 3 or more of our secret tours,you will get a free Australian mobile SIM-card with included (prepaid) unlimited calls and SMS within Australia, 10Gb of 4G data and 500 minutes of international calls!**
  • If you are a local guests residing in Australia, you will get free delicious lunch with a glass of beer or wine on one of the booked tours (at our discretion).

*To obtain the special discount of 5%, 10% or 15% on our tours, you will need to book all the tours at the same time in advance and prepay for the tours in full. If you book one tour and after joining the tour you decide to book another one (and we are sure you will!), you will not be eligible for the special discount! If you book 3 or more tours and are eligible for the extra bonus, please advise us in advance which type of bonus you prefer (free SIM-card or lunch).

**The sim card will cost you nothing and will be valid for 28 days after activation. You will need to pay nothing to use it unless you wish to add extra options or use for other purposes. You will need to activate the sim-card to be able to use it and enjoy the benefits. Activation is done online by the clients using own ID.
