Covid Safe Information

To safeguard the health and well-being of our guests and tour guides, we have implemented the following ongoing changes:

  • We are now cash free. All purchases are via card only and prepayment is required
  • Only family groups or close friends who would otherwise meet together can join the tour and travel together in the same car
  • Our tour guides will disinfect car seats prior to guests entering the tour vehicles
  • Guests will be asked to adhere to social distancing guidelines at all times
  • We have increased cleaning and sanitisation of our vehicles
  • We encourage regular and thorough handwashing
  • We provide hand sanitisers for guests and tour guides on all tours
  • We will be collecting contact details of all guests
  • All our tour guides have completed COVID SAFE training and are working hard to keep everyone safe
  • For everyone's safety, if a guest who is booked to travel feels unwell, please ensure that they are advised NOT to travel. Contact our team and we can discuss options for postponement or cancellation

What you will see as a basic guide:

Wild kangaroos, wild koalas, wild parrots and other wildlife, a old lighthouse on the edge of the ocean, mutliple lookouts, Southern Ocean, ancient tree-fern forest, old giant trees, waterfall, 12 Apostle rocks and other amazing cliffs and gorges, etc. Each tour itinerary is individual and can be adjusted to your interests and preferences.

With our special tour guide this tour will let see wild kangaroos feeding on grass and wild koalas sitting on trees very close, feed wild parrots and cockatoos from your own hands, see less known but stunning views of the Southern Ocean and tall cliffs, visit a beautiful waterfall in the jungle, walk inside the mysterious forest with huge trees and ancient ferns, stop at a paradise-like beach, enjoy rarely visited gorges. You can enjoy a delicious fresh seafood lunch at a popular local fisherman’s cafe by the ocean enroute to the famous 12 Apostles rocks. In the second half of the day you will also visit the stunning natural Loch Ard Gorge, famous for the salvation of 2 young people in a shipwreck almost 150 years ago and of course you will explore 12 Apostles and learn a lot about them. Important: not just see the 12 Apostles cliffs from one lookout as most people do, but you will explore this place with our guide and visit several unique spots with great views of the Apostles which used to be called Sow and Piglets. You can also choose to take a stroll on a serene paradise-like beach. As a final stop we will visit a unique and hard to find spot where other tours never go. This is an amazing place on the edge of the ocean with a huge precipice and surprising view of the standalone cliff in the ocean and a natural window (hole) in the sandstone cliff. But the greatest part is that this is a wild spot with noone else around you, no barriers and a stunning view of the ocean and oceanic tall cliffs that Great Ocean Road is so famous for. The tour will start at your hotel or another location in central Melbourne (we can pick you up at your cruise ship, train station, Tullamarine airport* or a private home). After the tour we will drop you off at your desired location in central Melbourne.
